Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Computer Operator to help run and monitor mission-critical systems in a multi-vendor environment. You will perform batch operations, analyze issues, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service for customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations, strong customer relations, and the ability to work flexible AWS schedules. A background check is required, and vaccination policy may apply depending on client location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Operations environment.
• Experience with Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong customer relations and problem-troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work a 24x7 AWS schedule (any shift, weekends, holidays).
• Passbackground checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate batch processes per service agreements.
• Analyze first-level issues across systems.
• Resolve or route issues to appropriate teams.
• Develop support processes for customer requirements.
