Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Computer Operator in Colorado to manage batch operations, monitor complex systems, and escalate issues as needed. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance for client environments in a dynamic, multi-vendor setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Operations environment.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent customer relations/communications skills and ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to maintain 24x7 support.
• Must pass stringent background checks.
• Knowledge of routers, switches and circuits.
