TSMC Arizona is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Technician to provide rapid, expert response to infrastructure alerts and outages in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will diagnose incidents, escalate when needed, and lead cross-functional incident response to minimize downtime for fab and office users.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience (3+ years) in an IT operations, NOC, or command center environment.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining core IT infrastructure components in at least two areas: networking, servers, storage, or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with incident response, rapid recovery, and escalation in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary responder for critical infrastructure alerts and incidents, executing rapid recovery procedures to restore services and minimize impact to Fab and Office users.
• Monitor and provide fast recovery of vital infrastructure services and systems including database servers, network devices, and storage.
• Apply SOPs to troubleshoot and resolve alerts; escalate to 2nd/3rd line with context and initial diagnostics.
• Lead coordination of incident response with 2nd/3rd line support teams to drive quick resolution for outages.
• Develop or review Standard Operating Procedures and assist with hardware repair cases as needed.
• Collaborate with cabling and network teams to diagnose complex FAB Tool connectivity issues.
