Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Desktop / Field Support Engineer (Hospital IT) (L2) to join our 24/7 support team in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on imaging, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops for hospital staff, with on-site and occasional travel between nearby locations.

You will work directly with clinical users and IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
• 2+ years desktop engineering or field support experience.
• Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Create and deploy Windows OS images using enterprise imaging tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
• Support PC refreshes, hardware upgrades, and IT deployment projects.
• Provide support for clinical workstations and mobile devices.
• Communicate issue status with clinical users and IT teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant security practices and documentation.
