Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Services Support to lead the 24/7 facilities support team, manage work orders, and ensure high-quality service across field operations. You will guide field services managers and specialists, drive continuous improvement, and align priorities with long-term business goals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Help Desk or related fields, 5+ years in management, and proven project/change-management experience, with strong data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a Help Desk environment or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a managerial position preferred.
• Proven experience in Project/Program Management preferred.
• Proven experience in a change management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 24/7/365 Facilities Support operations and related work order management.
• Defines and monitors KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
• Leads and develops Field Services Support teams; provides training programs.
