VIRSIG, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Agency Emergency Operations Center (AEOC) Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining situational awareness of client facilities across New York and New Jersey, analyzing real-time data, and delivering critical updates through alerts, reports, and briefings from a 24/7/365 EOC.

The ideal candidate will excel in operational coordination, crisis management, and strategic communication to protect lives and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience collecting information from diverse sources, performing analysis, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Experience in a 24/7/365 operations center with multi-agency coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly analyze and interpret data to support decisions.
• Draft professional reports, requests for information, and operational briefings.
• Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time information to assess incidents at local, regional, and national levels.
• Develop and disseminate reports, alerts, and briefings to client leadership and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure seamless information flow and response.
• Maintain a common operating picture of all client facilities for decision-makers.
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure with composure.
• Provide clear briefings in verbal and written formats.
• Assist leadership in data analysis to support informed decisions.
