Job summary

VIRSIG, LLC, a global technology company focused on secure networks, video surveillance, detection, and access control, seeks a detail-oriented AEOC Analyst to monitor facilities across New York and New Jersey in a 24/7/365 emergency operations center. You will analyze real-time data, produce alerts and briefings, coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies, and maintain a common operating picture to inform leadership decisions.

Salary range: $48-54K annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7/365 operations center with multi-agency coordination.
• Two years collecting information, performing analysis, disseminating actionable information and providing recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time information to assess incidents at local, regional, and national levels.
• Develop and disseminate reports, alerts, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure seamless information flow.
• Maintain a common operating picture of all client facilities for accurate intelligence.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Provide clear, concise briefings verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership in data interpretation to support informed decisions.
