Sutherland in Virginia is seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives to support a public utility client. You will handle various service calls, including billing questions, energy advice, and outages, working with a dedicated team.

This role requires full-time availability, including weekends, and 24/7 coverage. We offer an hourly rate of $15 with a $1 overnight premium, medical/dental/vision, paid training, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full-time availability.
• Driven by solving problems and meeting goals.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experienced in customer service with strong multi-tasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Handle various customer service calls (billing, service requests, energy advice).
• Respond to power outages and emergency inquiries.
• Demonstrate active listening and use probing questions to resolve issues.
• Educate customers on suppliers and energy-choice programs.
