Job summary

Graham Technologies seeks a Duty Desk Officer to support National Guard domestic operations and maintain continuous situational awareness. The role involves monitoring events, coordinating information, and producing leadership-ready products for the Joint Operations Center environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in military or emergency operations, plus experience with COP tools and interagency coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in military operations, emergency operations, watch-floor operations, DSCA, or related operational environment preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support 24/7/365 duty desk and operations center activities as scheduled.
• Monitor domestic incidents and requests for assistance; maintain operational awareness.
• Prepare and update reports, briefings, logs, trackers, notifications, and leadership products.
