Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD/Federal cyber missions and operational coordination.
• Ability to manage classified workflows, action tracking, and briefing products for multiple stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NGB cyber working groups and planning forums; document decisions and follow-ups.
• Route NIPR/SIPR taskers and information using tracking systems like TMT and ETMS2.
• Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and knowledge-management products for leaders.
• Coordinate classified meetings across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS per security procedures.
• Support cyber exercises, rehearsals, continuity activities, and lessons learned.
• Assist with personnel accountability and onboarding coordination.
