Job summary

Graham Technologies seeks a qualified professional to support the National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations mission in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on maintaining an accurate COP and providing timely, interagency information to senior leaders.

You will collect, validate, and integrate information from multiple agencies, brief senior leaders, and coordinate cross‑agency reporting on-site. The position requires TS clearance eligibility and comfort with nonstandard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in COP management, military operations, or emergency operations.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and work on-site watch-floor shifts.
• Strong written briefings, data-validation, and interagency coordination skills.
• Active TS or higher; ability to attain a SCI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, integrate, and update information from approved sources.
• Maintain COP products and shared situational awareness for leadership.
• Develop and present operations briefings for senior leaders.
• Coordinate multiagency communications during disasters and national events.
• Develop SOPs, shift turnover procedures, and reporting workflows.
• Coordinate and mentor watch-floor personnel and train new team members.
• Support operational planning and crisis response across CONUS and OCONUS missions.
