Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead a 24/7 datacenter security team in Santa Clara, CA. You will manage on-site personnel, ensure safety, compliance, and client satisfaction, and coordinate with campus leadership.

You’ll drive staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management, oversee access control, CCTV, incident management, and SOC systems, and report on site performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 6+ years in security industry.
• 3+ years of managing people and teams.
• Hands-on CCTV, access control, incident management, and video surveillance experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office reporting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule and meet licensing requirements.
• English proficiency and ability to travel to worksites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site security team and oversee daily 24/7 operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Coordinate with client leadership and internal partners across groups.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and SOPs; monitor metrics.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation; oversee access control, CCTV, and incident tools.
• Support audits, inspections, and special security events as needed.
