Job summary

Teceze is seeking a hands-on Level 2 Data Center Technician to provide on-site support for servers, network equipment, racks, and cabling. You will troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, perform break/fix, install and replace equipment, and support deployments and maintenance activities.

The role requires 2–5+ years in data center or IT infrastructure support, basic Linux/Windows Server familiarity, TCP/IP and VLAN knowledge, asset management, and experience with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years Data Center / Server / Infrastructure Support
• Server hardware troubleshooting & break/fix
• Rack & stack, installation and decommissioning
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs
• Hardware replacement and diagnostics
• Asset/inventory management
• Ticketing systems / ServiceNow
• Linux or Windows Server basics
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation
• Comfortable working onsite in a 24x7 data-center environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Level 2 data center support for servers, network gear, racks and cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues; perform break/fix and equipment replacement.
• Assist deployments and ongoing maintenance activities in the data center.
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation of changes.
• Collaborate with on-site team to ensure uptime and rapid incident response.
