Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with power, electrical and mechanical equipment including emergency generators, PDUs, UPS, switchgear, AHUs, chillers and life safety systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/CAD drawings; strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all building management systems (BMS/EPMS) and life-safety systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with management and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Provide data center analyses, reports, and briefings; develop project plans.
• Assist with training facility engineers and support key initiatives.
