Job summary

Marion County Community Corrections Agency is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee front-line staff and oversee client processing at MCCC facilities. The role requires on-call availability, GPS monitoring oversight, and day-to-day operations support to ensure safety and compliance.

The incumbent will participate in policy formulation, staff development, and coordination with partners to maintain evidence-based practices and timely data reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years’ experience working in corrections or the criminal justice system.
• Successful completion of all required trainings.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-line team-members and monitor processing of arrivals/releases, calls, and GPS monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and state/federal regulations; monitor program performance.
• Assist in policy development, staffing needs assessments, and data reporting to supervision.
