Job summary

Halfords is seeking a motivated Breakdown Advisor to join our Stafford Support Centre. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you will manage commercial breakdowns, prioritise customer needs, and uphold service quality. The role offers development within a collaborative team and opportunities to grow within the HCFS.

You will work onsite at Stafford, contribute to KPI targets, and engage with drivers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a professional, supportive experience.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage jobs within SLA timeframes.
• Use sound decision-making to resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Engage with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to support timely resolutions.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in training and development to progress professionally.
• Support the Team Leader with priorities and workflow improvements.
• Act as an ambassador for our values and promote a positive culture.
