Job summary

BCforward in Plano, TX is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide end-to-end production and application support for critical business applications, focusing on stability and rapid resolution of issues.

You will work with Development, SRE, Infrastructure and business teams, handle incidents, changes and problems, support trading and onboarding, and maintain thorough documentation and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in application or production support.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficiency with scripting and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/5 production support for critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Manage and elevate incidents, problems, and changes.
• Collaborate with Development, SRE, Infrastructure, AIOps, and business teams.
• Support trading, client onboarding, and operational applications.
• Communicate issues and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and help implement long-term solutions.
