Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Virginia Beach property. You will own your role, deliver excellent resident service, and complete service requests on-site. A positive attitude and readiness to learn pool/grounds maintenance are essential, with a valid driver’s license required.

EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and you will join a team that values balance, dedication, and career growth within a best-in-class environment.
