Job summary

Thrive USA Home Care LLC seeks Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to assist clients with daily activities. Work as little or as much as you want with flexible hours and weekly shifts.

Responsibilities include ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep. Requirements: US work authorization, 18+, background check, TB test, CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license and insurance, and ability to travel between service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check.
• TB/PPD test required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance.
• Ability to travel within the service area and cover weekly shifts.
• Able to document care plans in the patient care portal.

• Must be willing to drive throughout the service area to cover shifts.
• Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.

Position responsibilities:

• Be available to cover weekly shifts
• MUST be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand
• Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.

Specific Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Pass a background check
• High school degree/GED
• Bilingual is a plus
• Current CPR and First Aid required
• TB /PPD test required
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and current insurance
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
• Ability to travel within our service areas
• Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
• Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
