Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA and provide proof at the time of application as well as before starting.
• Accounting student with four or more accounting courses, including Intermediate Accounting.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

About Your Internship Experience

Join us for a full‑time tax internship from January to mid‑April 2028. At OT, we provide a strong onboarding experience, technical training, and mentor support to help you build practical skills and contribute to client engagements.

We're Looking For

• Passionate individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.


• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA in your accounting major and provide proof of GPA at the time of application as well as prior to starting the internship.


• Accounting student who has had four or more accounting courses, need to have taken Intermediate Accounting for basic foundation of accounting.


• Eagerness and motivation to work overtime as needed.


• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.


• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.


• Authorization to work in the United States.
