Job summary

Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. in Minnesota invites accounting students to join our full-time Audit Internship from January to mid-March 2028. You will gain hands-on experience on audits, reviews, and compilations, with onboarding, technical training, and mentor support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA in accounting and provide proof during application and before starting.
• Completed four or more accounting courses, including Intermediate Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in audits, reviews, and compilations from start to finish.
• Travel to client sites with team members.
• Interact directly with partners, managers, and senior accountants.

About Your Internship Experience

Join us for a full-time audit internship from January to mid-March 2028. At OT, we provide a strong onboarding experience, technical training, and mentor support to help you build practical skills and contribute to client engagements.

We're Looking For

• Passionate individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA in your accounting major and provide proof of GPA at the time of application as well as prior to starting the internship.
• Accounting student who has had four or more accounting courses, need to have taken Intermediate Accounting for basic foundation of accounting.
• Eagerness and motivation to work overtime as needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
