Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
• Maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA and provide proof at the time of application as well as before starting.
• Accounting student with four or more accounting courses, including Intermediate Accounting.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct tax research to support client questions.
• Work with a variety of clients across industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, real estate, and more.
• Collaborate with team members at all levels including staff, seniors, managers, and partners.
• Gain exposure to the tax compliance process and seasonal workflow.
