Job summary

Mary Kay University offers a 10-week summer internship designed to give undergraduates and grads meaningful, real-world experience across multiple business functions. As a Mary Kay intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, solve real challenges, and build skills, relationships, and confidence for your future.

The program is paid at $20/hour, runs late June to mid-August, and requires in-office presence 4–5 days per week at our Addison, TX or Lewisville, TX facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree at an accredited university.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist R&D and corporate teams with real-world projects.
• Support data gathering and analysis for initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.


• Preferred Degrees: Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Sensory Science, Life Science, Microbiology, or similar

Program Details

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August


• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.


• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.


• Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
