CareSource is offering a 12-week paid summer internship for college students to gain real-world experience and prepare for their careers. The program includes project work with meaningful impact, leadership seminars, mentorship from former interns who earned full-time positions, and networking opportunities across CareSource.

Interns will test what they have learned, explore career paths, and experience a culture that supports growth. Flexible on-site, hybrid, and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform evidence based research on EPSDT to understand barriers and interventions.
• Collaborate with key business owners to understand current processes.
• Review internal and external data to understand year over year performance for key measures.
• Perform data analyses to understand characteristics of non-compliant population (SDOH).
• Develop insights and recommendations based on data and present findings to leadership.
• Determine targeted member interventions to improve EPSDT metrics.
• Understand how AI can enhance metrics and reporting.

Essential Functions

• Perform evidence based research on Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) to understand common barriers to completion and evidence based interventions
• Collaborate with key business owners to understand current business processes
• Review internal and external data to understand year over year performance for key measures
• Perform data analyses to understand common characteristics of non-compliant population, including SDOH
• Develop insights and recommendations based on data review and analysis and present findings to business partners and leadership
• Determine targeted member interventions and solutions to improve performance in EPSDT metrics
• Understands the use of AI and how it can enhance metrics and reporting

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills

$41,200.00 - $66,000.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
