Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile claim file exchanges with select vendors daily and resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements and create streamlined reconciliation processes with proper monitoring through dashboards and controls.
• Develop automation for reconciliation and reporting of any file failures or rejections.

Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college. The program offers:

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and reconcile claim file exchanges with select vendors daily and resolve issues.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Compensation Range:

$41,200.00 - $66,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
