• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Support multiple initiatives and coordinate work across teams.
• Review assessments, workflows, and business requirements to improve efficiency.
• Assist with process standardization and implementation across markets.

Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions:

• Strong program/project management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives and coordinate work across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help review assessments, workflows, and business requirements for opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ability to support process standardization and implementation, particularly as new care models and processes are rolled out across different markets.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

Compensation Range: $41,200.00 - $66,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee's total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
