MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Apply classroom learning while exploring career paths and taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside industry leaders.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or closely related discipline, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later. Rising junior or rising senior status preferred. Previous internship experience in procurement/supply chain management a plus.
General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
