Job summary

PACCAR is offering a Summer Internship in Division Materials based in Denton, Texas. The role supports the North American Materials team with data-focused projects and dashboards while learning core PACCAR systems.

Current students in Engineering, Data Management, or Supply Chain programs will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and participate in process improvements and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with requirements gathering.
• Automate processes through low-code and dashboard creation.

• Lead data alignment on parts for suppliers across PACCAR North American Plants.
• Support multiple materials teams across North America.

Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Division Materials Intern to add to our North American Materials team in Denton, Texas.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limitedto:

• Provide assistance with requirements gathering.
• Automate processes through use of emerging technologies like low-code and dashboard creation.
• Provide needed support for system consolidation activities relate to North AmericanMaterials.
• Lead data alignment on parts for suppliers across PACCAR North AmericanPlants.
• Support multiple materials teams across North America.
