Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Business Continuity of Operations

Intern will gain real experience with the execution of BC/DR training and exercise activities in addition to experience with risk and control analysis. The opportunity provides shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with subject matter experts in the field of emergency management and business continuity. This will allow the intern to gain skills in process implementation, disaster recovery and business continuity, collaboration and project management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity/Risk Management.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range:$18.00 - $21.00 Per HourIndividual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
