QUALIFICATIONS
Department Summary / Preferences: Knowledge of Excel, possibly Access Database & SQL Server, data analytics, and good communication skills. A Data Science and/or Health Information Management academic background would be preferred.
Primary Responsibilities and Projects: We would like the intern to do a deep-dive investigation into the impact of the supplemental data on our HEDIS performance. We have all the data, we just need someone with the time to look at our overall performance as a plan on certain HEDIS measures, determine the source of the numerator hits, analyze the methods of data submission, and do further analysis into the POs that are highly successful in closing gaps with QMI data.
