ATI Specialty Materials in Monroe, NC seeks a highly motivated VIM Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will work on the Vacuum Induction Melting line, collaborating with Operations and Engineering to improve melt quality, furnace performance, and process documentation.

As a VIM Process Engineering Intern, you'll work directly with Operations and Engineering teams in ATI's Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) area to improve process consistency, quality, and furnace performance. You'll apply your engineering and materials science knowledge to hands-on projects involving nickel melting technologies, process optimization, and furnace operations.
