Boston Red Sox are seeking a Player Development Associate to support MLB player development activities at our Fort Myers complex. You will assist with daily logistics, manage video and data flows, and work with coaches and front office to support player growth and program execution.
The role offers exposure to cutting-edge baseball technologies and a structured development program. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in season. Housing stipend is provided.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Player Development department is dedicated to cultivating impactful talent from around the globe through best-in-class practices for mental, physical, and fundamental growth , b y leveraging innovative technology, dynamic training, and modern facilities.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Player Development Associate will be a member of the Player Development team, and is responsible for assisting with baseball operations at our complex in Fort Myers, FL. This individual will collaborate closely with Player Development front office personnel, coordinators, and coaches, as well as take part in our curriculum and project-based Associate development program to enhance exposure and build skills across baseball operations departments.
TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION: This position begins in February 2027 and runs through November 2027. The hourly rate for this position is $15, plus a generous housing stipend.
