Morgan Stanley is launching its 2027 Operations Full-Time Analyst Program in Sandy and South Jordan, UT. The program combines orientation, financial, technical, and professional skills training with networking and mentorship opportunities.
Successful candidates will collaborate across Ops teams to drive process improvements, support trade capture and settlement, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment. Rolling applications and a guaranteed onboarding path await accepted candidates.
The Operations Division at Morgan Stanley is the front line of defense for the Firm's financial and operational well-being and works closely with almost all departments in order to safeguard the Firm's reputation and franchise. Operations partners with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's institutional, retail, and asset management businesses - via supporting and settling daily transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, developing strong client relationships, and engaging with its business partners to enable development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be $55,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
