Morgan Stanley is seeking high-potential undergraduates for a 10-week Summer Analyst program in Human Resources in New York. The program blends firmwide and HR-specific training with exposure to senior management.
Analysts will rotate through HR functions, participate in trainings, and work on projects that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication.
Summer Analysts join us for a 10 week program beginning in June for an intensive hands-on introduction to Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. Analysts can expect in-depth exposure to a specific Human Resources function, while gaining a broader understanding of the division.
The Summer Program includes but is not limited to one week of Firmwide and HR specific training, including exposure to each of our functional areas and to senior management. Throughout the Summer there are various trainings, speaker series, networking and educational events in order to be fully immersed in Human Resources and the Firm's culture.
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
Expected base pay rate for the role will be $35.10 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
