Morgan Stanley invites high-potential undergrads to join the 2027 Operations Summer Analyst Program in Baltimore, designed to immerse you in the Firm's operational capabilities and culture through trainings, speaker series, and networking events.
You will collaborate across Operations teams to analyze processes, learn the interdependencies across departments, and present to senior management while partnering with Technology to improve efficiency and control.
The Operations Division at Morgan Stanley is the front line of defense for the Firm's financial and operational well‑being and works closely with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to safeguard the Firm's reputation and franchise. Operations executes the Firm's institutional, retail, and asset management businesses by supporting and settling daily transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, developing strong client relationships, and engaging with its business partners to enable development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Expected base pay rate for the role will be $25.49 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
