Job summary

AbbVie’s Operations Development Program (ODP) is a global, full-time, three-year rotational leadership program for early-career engineers and scientists. Through three 12-month rotations, ODP members gain broad exposure to AbbVie Operations, build capabilities, contribute to hands-on projects, and prepare for future operations leadership opportunities at AbbVie.

Assignments may include Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Science & Technology, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in university and completing final year in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree completed before the intended full-time start date.
• Minimum of one internship or co-op completed.
• Must demonstrate leadership through extracurricular activities, projects, work experience, or other relevant experiences.
• Mobility is a key requirement; program members must rotate to different U.S. operations sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a global three-year rotational program with three 12-month rotations.
• Rotations may include Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Science & Technology, and Supply Chain.
• Travel to AbbVie locations as part of the rotational experience.

Qualifications
