Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking motivated engineering graduates to join the Emerging Engineer Development (SEED) program. The multi-week orientation provides foundational semiconductor knowledge and placement into a permanent department upon completion.

You will receive mentorship from Samsung leaders, participate in team-building activities, and enjoy the comprehensive benefits package available to Samsung employees, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Degree in one of the specified fields (engineering, CS, physics, etc.).
• GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Positive “can do” attitude and desire to learn in semiconductor space.
• Prior successful SAS internship, capstone, scholar or loan recipient is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Samsung Emerging Engineer Development (SEED) program.
• Receive mentorship from Samsung leaders and engage in team-building events.
• Join a permanent department after completing the program and start contributing to projects in semiconductor fabrication and manufacturing.

Position Summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for motivated and curious engineering graduates to join us in our Samsung Emerging Engineer Development (SEED) program. This multi-week, comprehensive program offers new graduates an overview of the company’s processes and operations, as well as a base knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and manufacturing principles. After completing the multi-week program, you’ll join your permanent department/team. This program was formerly known as CORP - College Orientation Recruitment Program.

In addition to the specialized orientation, you’ll receive:
