Description
Why This Internship

As an intern with Textron, you'll gain hands‑on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You'll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways - working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success.

JOB SUMMARY:

The TRU Customer Support Intern will have the drive and ability to learn and contribute quickly in a team setting, analyze and develop solutions to design and manufacturing issues, as well as assisting our operations of both facilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Research, design, and evaluate electro‑mechanical products, systems, and processes to support new and existing aircraft flight simulator trainers.
  • Confer with peers and cross‑functional team to implement new processes, resolve system operation errors, and implement procedures
  • Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or related field.
