Work Schedule

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. EDA: Enterprise Data & Analytics

Responsible for Ally's critical data assets, including key business data warehouses and analytics and reporting platforms. In addition, EDA is the driver of Nucleus, Ally's transformational enterprise data warehouse to develop an integrated data and analytics ecosystem, leverage data as an asset, and position Ally for accelerated revenue growth and innovation.

ETA: Enterprise Technology & Architecture

From network services to server management, the ETA team ensures enterprise-wide technology operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an always-on experience. Provides an optimal technology experience for Ally’s external customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on cloud acceleration/engineering, AI ops, and self-healing technology.

Required Qualifications

• Program Eligibility: Must be graduating between July 2026 and June 2027 Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, or other relevant technical field of study (Those who went straight from undergrad to grad school and graduate during that timeframe may also be considered.)
• Moderate understanding of Python or SQL required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous tech internship experience or relevant tech project work is preferred.
• Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part-time roles, hackathons, etc.).
• Snowflake and AWS Cloud preferred.
