Job summary

TIAA is launching the D&CX Rotational Program, a two-year program that pairs senior leadership interaction with real projects and client challenges. Rotational Associates work across Design, Product Management, or CX Strategy and Transformation, applying academic knowledge to real business problems and leveraging AI-enabled analytics to improve client experiences.

You will be mentored throughout, with rotations designed to deepen business understanding and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in applying AI tools to design or product work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply academic knowledge to solve real business challenges.
• Monitor journey health and track KPIs for key experiences, channels and tools.
• Support AI-enabled analytics and automation ideas within tracks.
• Collaborate with journey leads, product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with mentorship and leadership to ensure successful rotations.
