ROAR is designed to be **a developmental experience,** preparing interns for potential full-time roles within the club or the broader sports industry.* Provide **real opportunities** to contribute to impactful organizational work, drive revenue and get real world experience within the professional sports industry.* Support **advancement** through mentorship, workshops, professional exposure, networking events, and team building activities.* Build **readiness** through tangible deliverables and portfolio quality projects**ROAR Program Overview:**The 2027 ROAR internship program will run alongside the NC Courage and NWSL season. The program will run from February 2027 - November 2027, including the summer/World Cup Break. Interns will work Monday - Friday, along with occasional evening & weekend events, and Matchday Operations.
