BNY’s Client Service Practice offers a hands-on exposure to client support, onboarding, and relationship management through a 24-month rotational Analyst Program. Based in New York, this full-time program targets rising undergraduates graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027, with strong communication, problem-solving, and a client-centric mindset.
BNY’s Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Analyst Program offers driven students hands‑on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into BNY’s client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑ sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team.
