Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking an analyst for its early-career program in Charlotte. You will work with senior decision-makers on real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and corporate finance projects, delivering insights that influence actions and outcomes.

You'll receive mentorship, perform data-driven analyses, and participate in six firmwide courses to build expertise and a trusted advisory perspective for long-term growth in financial services.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Working towards a BA/BS in finance, economics, math, engineering, or computer science.
• GPA of 3.5 or above is strongly preferred.
• Previous relevant internship experience is a plus.
