STELLANTIS is seeking co-op students for an in-person program based at CTC – Auburn Hills, Michigan, with rotations at Michigan assembly plants. Co-ops work on-site five days a week, aligned with the Kettering University schedule, and cohorts begin quarterly, staying until graduation.
Participants gain exposure to cutting-edge projects, receive mentorship, and build a broad skill set across quality and manufacturing disciplines while networking with peers and leaders.
This co-op program will follow an in-person model. Co-ops will be based at CTC – Auburn Hills, Michigan along with Assembly Plants in Michigan and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week during work rotations. Co-ops will rotate aligned with the Kettering University co-op schedule. Applications are accepted year-round, and co-op cohorts start on a quarterly basis in and co-ops are intended to stay in the program until graduation.
