Quality Laboratory Co-op

The Quality Laboratory Co-op is a hands‑on opportunity for students pursuing a STEM degree to gain real‑world experience in an industrial quality laboratory environment. Working alongside experienced laboratory technicians, engineers, and quality professionals, the co‑op will support testing, inspection, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities that help ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.

This position is ideal for students who have completed laboratory‑based coursework and are interested in applying scientific and analytical principles in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures at all times.


• Perform laboratory testing and inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished materials under supervision.


• Prepare samples for testing and analysis.


• Record, verify, and report test results accurately using company systems and laboratory documentation practices.


• Assist with operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.


• Support process engineers, laboratory technicians, and quality personnel with investigations and improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications:
