Core Responsibilities

As a Science Teacher at Unity, each day is an opportunity to shape young minds and advance students' skills. You will plan and facilitate standards-aligned, engaging lessons; differentiate your lessons to cater to your students' diverse learning styles, and provide remediation such that all of your students are demonstrably growing. Moreover, you will model and actively build healthy habits and character skills among our students through the promotion of Unity's strong and vibrant school culture. Finally, you will consistently grow and develop your own craft as an exceptional educator and be recognized and celebrated for your contributions to our school community through our formal career pathways and promotion system.

Key Qualifications

• Master's degree with a teaching certification in New York.


• 2+ years of formal teaching experience in New York.
