The Department of Marketing periodically hires non-tenure trackfaculty to instruct undergraduate and graduate courses inmarketing, including hiring in the Lecturer, Professor ofInstruction, and Clinical series titles. Needed courses may rangefrom introductory to advanced areas of specialization in marketingtheory and practice related to marketing strategy, analytics, andconsumer insights. Areas of special interest include productmarketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics methods,professional sales, branding, global marketing, marketingcommunications, consumer behavior, and related topics. Specializedskills in new marketing methods and tools are also valued.Positions are not available every semester and are contingent onfunding.
A master's degree, high level corporate marketing expertise,specialized marketing skills, and evidence of teaching success aregenerally preferred, but we will consider applicants with a varietyof strengths. Candidates should have potential for excellence inteaching and excellent communication skills.
