Entry‑level Wells Engineers (Horizons Program) – Wells engineers have both office and field based assignments as part of their early career development.
As part of your development, you will participate in the Wells Horizons program. Horizons is an employee development program designed to accelerate the knowledge, skills and self‑confidence of Chevron’s new workforce. The program’s primary focus is the first three to five (3‑5) years of an employee’s career and provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience that enables participants to quickly contribute at a higher level. The program combines on‑the‑job training with technical learning to enhance the learning experience. Opportunities may exist to transfer to overseas locations after developing core Wells engineering competencies. Mobility is encouraged as there are many opportunities for Chevron Wells engineers to work in a variety of assignments at different locations, both domestic and international.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 – $136,000 annually. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their respective degree level and discipline.
