Job summary

ESS Clinical is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based assignments in Indianapolis, IN. This W2 role supports PreK–12 with evaluations, therapy, and MTSS collaboration.

You will join a team of educators and specialists, participating in flexible scheduling with options for full-time or part-time hours. The position emphasizes making a measurable impact on student communication and learning.

Employment Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Case

Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding suburbs

Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours (Typically 7 hour days)

School Year / Contract: 2026-2027 school year

Employment Type: W2 (Benefits Eligible Based on Hours) Pay Rate: up to $52.00/hour Real Support. Real Impact.

Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
  • 1–2 building placement when possible
  • Collaborative teams including Psychologists, Counselors, Intervention Specialists, and Administration
