Ednovate is seeking an Operations and Culture Assistant to support school-site operations, safety and learning priorities. You will be the friendly face at the main office, manage student data, attendance and classroom tech support while contributing to a positive school culture across the Ednovate network.

As an Operations and Culture Assistant at Ednovate, you will be responsible for supporting operational excellence at your school site to ensure that the school is safe and efficient, with resources readily available and aligned to educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning. You will be a friendly face for families, staff, visitors and students in your school’s main office, and will also support student data and attendance processes to ensure that every student is in school every day. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, flexible, team-oriented individual looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt role that reports to the Dean of Operations.
